I'd much rather use a SIP-Enabled channel bank (gateway) as opposed to a USB channel bank. Nice idea but too limited in my opinion. Also somewhat pricey.

Just wondered what others thought about the dual server redundancy, 3 min cd or usb setup and their backup solutions.

It is a good idea, but most SIP-Enabled Gateways allow to you register the device to multiple servers. That way you can get simultaneous use of it from multiple sources as well as being able to load-balance.
