I know that many here are not fans of hosted PBX and I do understand that there can be many pitfalls for a customer when using a hosted solution but.... Our company is an I.T. Managed Services Provider first and foremost (we sell no hardware on the I.T. side except for BDR) with our Telecom division only comprising about 30% of our revenues. The owner of the company is 100% totally sold on the notion that hosted is the way we should go on the telecom side because it fits very well with our I.T. MSP model. So, with that said, can anyone recommend a well run hosted pbx provider that would allow us to "white-label" their services so that we can provide the monthly billing directly to our customers? We have been looking at CommPartners but would like to do some comparative shopping....some of the others that I've looked at have a partner program but only provide a one-time commission fee for a sale...we are looking for monthly recurring revenue from our hosted customers.
TIA, Timbo

you might try pbflex.com. They use the Interactive Intelligence platform which is very nice. They have a partner program and I believe they white label.

Many hosted PBX providers claim to provide monthly billing directly to the customers. I have not heard of CommPartners but I have been using VoIP services of The Real PBX. You can contact them. I am not sure but I think this hosted PBX provider provides the monthly billing directly to our customers
