I just put in my first AAstra 57iCT phones, connected to an IPitomy i1000V2. I have to say I am impressed with the phones. But not so much with programming the keys. Which way is the best to program them: from the phone UI or the phone system. For some reason I am having a hard time wrapping my head around this. The biggest problem I have it that I can't seem to get the Park Call key to be available when the phone is connected without hitting the More key, even though the key is programmed as # 3 on the bottom. Other keys such as public pop up. I don't know where they are coming from. Is there a tutorial or something online that will show me what is going on? Thanks

The easy work around is to put the Park key on one of the top buttons. I don't know about IPitomy, but Aastra has detailed documentation available on their website.
