The boss needs to copy several messages to his secretary who has a very long winded temp greeting on her mailbox. Is there a way to deliver these messages without listening to the whole 3 min greeting each time. Maybe mailbox type or something along those lines

Yes, set up a group mailbox and add just her ext/box to the list.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Get into your mailbox and send message to that persons mailbox. All you hear is the name.
Good Luck!!

I'll have to try the group thing today. I have tried from my mailbox. Thats exactly the issue. Im copying messages to her mailbox from mine and unfortunatly I have to listen to the whole temp greeting in order for the message to copy.
