Thanks for the response. I won't beat you up about the dates.
Yes, the 25 pair green 189 protector has a separate terminal address, as do those in all other suites. Jumpers are placed to our RJ21X and also to an RJ48S from this terminal. The pairs feeding this terminal are fixed counts from the 2,700 pair cross connect cabinet at the entrance to our street. There are no on-premise cross-connect facilities whatsoever.
Regardless, problem solved. Welcome aboard, CheatinChad.

So what was the official resolution to this problem? Did Verizon accept responsibility for the house cable? or ?
Side note: one of the reasons why people post to old topics is because frequently no follow-up is posted when the problem is solved, so the topic is kind of left hanging... If people would follow-up when the problem is solved, it would not only serve as a resource for others, it would tend to put a wrapper on the entire topic.

Sorry, I should have been more specific when I indicated the the problem was solved in an earlier post. I stopped at the cross connect cabinet when another Verizon tech was working there and explained the situation to him. He told me that I was right and that he would run this by the area supervisor, which he did. They canceled the invoice for the repair.
