Could someone please email me if there is a way to change the 8 levels of pass words back to default?

Pass words belong to the customer, not the vendors

If you default and reset the system, that'll reset the passwords to factory defaults. Of course, you need a high-level password to do that through the software.

Passwords belong to those who know them.

You can also default by pulling the battery backup strap on the cpu board but you would lose everything including any software downloads you may have. Can you backup the system programming at all?If you can, send me the dump and I'll tell you what the passcode is.
Are you the customer or is this a site you are taking over for service?

dans,

Email me and I can get in your system and reset it to default for you $.

Passwords are for the customers and systems protection from hackers.

We do not tell or give out passwords in this FORUM.

Good Luck!!

Thanks to all who replied. The old service vendor called the customer back with the passwords. At first they refused. I will be back to customers site later today, I hope they work.

To answer the question about what I do I am a service tech for a interconnect company.

Hopefully you win more than you loose.
