Senderized digits is generally used w/PRI - switch holds digits dialed and sends to telco all at once. Used when you have PRI and don't have LCR. Mike

Both switches need to have QSIG or a similar protocol enabled to provide that data.

If these are 4wire e&m RLT'S then you are most likely SOL .

The only way that the Executone IDS product supports station displays across a WAN is via the NSS feature set. Requires NSS feature activation and appropriate servers. This is proprietary - not compatible with QSIG or other standards. You're SOL with standard E&M Tie lines... Mike

this is not a wan application, I have fiber tie trunks, all going to a central location and transparent intercom dialing.

I slip and use the term WAN anytime I refer to the arena outside of the local system. If you have fiber, are you on the same campus? How many systems? Can you just link via fiber mux cards and make into a 648? Three 228 cabinets max - but then it acts as one big happy pbx. Mike
