Can I still send this to Vodavi to be repaired, or are there other outlets that are better/cheaper (or just plain available), if Vodavi no longer works on them?

Vodavi uses Aztec for their repairs. I'm not aware of anyone else who repairs them. If it is just a bad hard drive, you can purchase a pre-configured replacement.

RMS Communications (800-677-1767) fixes them AND sells replacement hard drives for them. We use them exclusively.
