Me too. It definitely isn't a line or wiring problem. The only thing I can think of is that the seller installed some form of polarity guard in there. Do you see any modifications that appear to be after-market? If they devised a polarity guard, but wired it incorrectly, it would force incorrect polarity regardless of how you connect the line.

i dont see anything, i removed the entire board, unless it would be something permanently installed on the board, i dont see anything that looks like its added to the board..
