I found out from the company that repairs our old Siemens Saturn III phone equipment that they are no longer repairing that old stuff. This was in the middle of repairs that I had sent in, so not all of it was fixed. This was the last place I had found in the U.S. that could or would still repair this equipment. Two of our hospitals still use this equipment, so now we're down to what we have in stock. Once we run through that, we're done. We're already planning to replace the old equipment, but this new information may fast-track those plans some.
If anyone knows of any other companies that still repair Siemens Saturn equipment, including the Dyad (Jr. and "Sr.") phones, please chime in.

You might also try Synergy Telecom 800-201-7500. They always helped me find the "hard to find" stuff.

Sounds like you may be down to buying the last of the refurb stuff that's out there.

I used Source, Inc. in Dallas for all of my Saturn parts and repairs years ago. I'm not sure if they are still doing this or not, but you might want to check with them.
