Hey Barbara  Next time a customer tells me they can't get any satisfaction with the LEC I'll direct them to this board and category. Sounds like this will be a good service for the end users too.

Thanks for the nice welcome. I'm going to enjoy working with all of you. I will be glad to help any customer and will help them save 35-40% on their phone bills with an audit. Most people have no idea there can be such savings on their bills without carrier changes ... but we do audits every day and I can still hardly believe the errors and mistakes we find on bills. I can give advice and will help with training any company that wants to do their own detailed telecom audit as well. We don't sell our software but give it with the audit or with training so they can keep accurate records and get any refunds they are due with our help and documentation.
