We are a reseller of local and LD as well as a voip provider. In some of our markets, the locals are not providing directory listing for us, in other markets, they are charging us huge sums. does anyone know of a company that provides directory listing for someone like us? Or know of a way for us to list ourselves? thanks in advance.

Welcome to the board beatle. This question might be better in the Telephone Service forum but I'm not sure so I didn't move it. If you fail to get what you need here try in that forum. Mark

From both Vonage and Optimum Voice, new numbers are "unlisted" by default, and they can't, (or don't want to) publish them, even by request, even under a "business account". The only way to have a published number with them, is to set up the number under Verizon, and then port the number to the VoIP carrier.
I'll second Mark's WELCOME message. BTW, you should check the homepage entry on your profile, there's only two "t"s in "https://".

If we have an loa from a company such as pac west, who will not do DL for our product, but will give us an loa for cnam and DL. how would we then get that number listed? Verisign maybe? any thoughts?

This is one of the reasons I advise our business accounts to avoid VoIP providers. Any real carrier can and will provide DL and CNAM listings. They need to pay into the pool to get access, but unless they are a fly-by-night or really cheap they should be doing this as a standard business practice.
Having an LOA does not give you the right to enter the data. You need to have a paid access into the registry and not anyone can get that.
Good luck!
