Need help anyone. Currently we are working with a company to review their network to access/Local billing. They are using something called TSF in lieu of Billing Interconnect Persentage (BIP). We are told 'TSF' stands for Transport Split Factor which was first introduced in 1984, Divestiture. We cannot find this acronym anywhere but do find something called Traffic Split Factor which is defined as splitting costs for type of usage, i.e., data, voice, etc. Anyone know about Transport Split Factor?
Thanks...
