What does the "C" screen show when you press the TR/CON key? have you verified that in the "A" screen that this is the correct key for that phone? is the phone setup as an operator? Tj

When I press the TR/CON key for the first call it shows PRTN. Then when I press the TR/CON key again with the second call it shows CNCO.

I'm not sure what you asking when you ask about what type of circuits (or ports). But it doesn't work when I try to conference 2 other stations or when I try and conference 2 outside lines.

T1 Lines...should work. need a little history with this system. How long has it been installed? did you recently move it? Did conferencing ever work? is this a new problem? have you tried changing out the EVCM board which supports the conferencing setup? TJ

PO Gibbs, How are your line keys programmed? Are you using lcr? What line type do you have programmed for the T1 trunks? Does EVERYONE have access to all of the T1 trunks? (stupid question, but I have to ask)
I had a problem like this with ACPU Eclipse 3.0.0X8 and found that for some reason you have to hit TR/CON a second time to connect the two parties. Doesn't happen on 3.0.0x9 -that I've seen, anyways.
Then again, I'll bet the system just knows it's on a Navy base and wants to get out. God, I miss Norfolk.
If you can read this, you're in range.

The system has been here for a least 3 years or more. I have been told that conferencing did work, and no I haven't tried changing out the board. When I put the first call on hold the key is flashing. When I press the button to join the 2 calls together the first key keeps flashing and the nothing happens. It just stays on the second phone call that I made. T1 type = DA_1
I just want to thank all you guys for trying to help me out with this. But I'm just going to leave it like is and wait to get the new phone system installed next month. Inter-Tel here I come!!
