I have just acquired a customer who has an IDS 84 system. They have an installer/administator manual for their voice mail, but I need the same type of manual for the phone system. Can anyone help me out. They do not have any Executone manuals in the manuals portion of this website.

Sorry it took me a while to post.
Intertel "owns" the rights tothe IDS manuals and will only allow companies to sell them that have purchased the rights to do so from Intertel. Anyone else gets a "cease and desist" from Intertel's legal department.
We have the manuals available either on CD or via download on our web site. Just click on the link below and go to the "manuals" section. Please read the directions completely and carefully.
