Has anyone used the Remote Call Director feature on the VX3? Will it work with a PRI? We can't get call divert to work with a PRI and thought this may be another way to divert callers outside the system. What programming is neccessary to activate this feature, My book stops at Version 6. I do have the user guide information. help

hmmm, are you sure that it is a problem with the VX3?? As i recall there have always been issues with an inbound channel on a PRI being redirected out on another channel of the same PRI. Are the calls that you are trying to divert coming IN on a PRI as well?

Right, But does the Remote Call Director treat it the same as Call Diverting?...No Vx3 problem just looking for another way out!

well, my thought was that the Executone was not allowing the call to divert out via the PRI.
Whether it is the RCD, or the VX3, or an ACD Que for that matter, the Executone will see it as a call being redirected out via a PRI and will not allow it if the call originated on a PRI to begin with.
