at&t now has security studs on the SNIs around here. It takes an odd size wrench (tool) to open it. I believe they are produced by KepTel.
My local supplier says it can not longer acquire these tools. Any suggestions?

It's not just the allen key with a hole in the end of it?

This is most like what's called a booth wrench. I believe it's a 5/32 pin-in-head hex. Mike Sandman has them. Skip is right on the money with the 2nd item he has linked. The first link is pretty cool, but not $35 cool.
I usually find them in the outdoor T1 NIU mounts, holding the NIU side closed. I have seen a few POTS mounts lately with them as well.

I see them all the time on the Telco side of the NID. T1 smartjacks indoors use the round keys here.

It must not be available to the public. I just went to Jensentool.com (owned by Stanley) and it is not listed.
