Anyone else have any experience with the Visiplex product? I have a customer with a vs3200 that I feel is very unreliable for a piece of emergency medical equipment. This is a 5 year old system that has broke down at least once a year and seems to be different from current models so I would like to hear how others have worked before I suggest replacing the console with a current model. Even better would be recommendations on another product that will allow wireless pendants to call nurse pagers.
