I have an Executone Integrated Digital System. The reception terminal where I do most of my station programming started playing music like it was being put on hold. It wasn’t related to anything I was doing…hopefully. It just started happening when the receptionist was at her desk. She might have typed something by accident...Any ideas on what would be causing the station to start playing hold music…? Thanks and regards.

Ithink the star key activates bgm on digital phones. press it once with handset onhook, bgm on.press it again, bgm off.
It might be the same with operators terminal.
