Do we have any techs in the area? I'm within 100 miles but I was hoping there may be someone closer.
I've got an Ademco Vista 4140XM panel in the area that is giving some of my in-laws a few sleepless nights and I was hoping there may be someone that could drop by before I can get there this weekend.
Will be glad to pay for a service call if anyone's close by.

Bobby, Is it something that can be done remotely. I can try to dial into the panel. ( I am not sure if compass supports that the 4140xm I will need to check)

Nothing that can be tested remotely, but thanks for offering. :thumb:
The problem is that sometimes all of the keypads show an "OC" error and sometimes it's a particular keypad only. I wanted someone to disconnect that keypad until I can get there.
They called and said "the alarm went crazy in the middle of the night blaring the siren and beeping".
It also armed it's self in the middle of the day and it was difficult to dis-arm it but she finally managed to shut it down.
