One of my users said her keyboard beeps everytime she pushes a key. Any ideas on how she enabled this? More importantly, any ideas on how to disable this? Thanks!

Can we assume that this problem is on an operator's terminal keyboard?I can't remember if there is a key beep option on the screen but you can take a look in the screen setup pages and check.

Hold down ctrl and press the icm key...them press F3 The first option on this page is keyclick, if its on press the spacebar to change it to off then press F10 to exit then arrow over to save all and press F10 again

I am having the same problem again and I'm not sure how to solve it... The beeping keyboard is on the reception terminal. I would try Frankiephones suggestion, but there is no icm key on the Receptionist’s executone keyboard.

If it is an IDS Integrated Operator Terminal (IOT) then it has an intercom key (ICM) - I think 2nd down very right-most column of keys.

Thanks mforrence, the intercom key says page on it, so I was a little confused... it does the same thing, just has a different name. Cheers!
