I was at a CCTV sales seminar thursday and when someone asked about covert cameras it was suggested to pick up a pinhole camera and make your own
Just throwing it out , something to think about

I agree 200% with Merritt and Anthony. They have all kinds of covert stuff now including a flood light that has a camera built in and an adapter that handles the video and power at the DVR side. I recently bought a high resolution pinhole camera - NetMedia NF-UTPJBOXH that comes with it's own faceplate and twisted-pair adapters so you don't have the added expense of baluns, The picture was incredible and although it didn't have IRs it was still a day/night cam and looked great in the dark. The box itself looks like a PIR or something other than a cam.

Click here and scroll down to page 136 (or page 18 of 68 depending upon which pdf reader you use) and you'll find some examples of the camera's available.

Thanks guys. Great information! Yes, I have considered making a few out of pinhole cameras, possibly in a hollowed out book. --------------------- Wayne
