I have an odd problem on this panel. I am not using NAC4. But it keeps giving me a trouble report. I have 4.7 resistors across nacs 2 and 4. NAC 1,2 and 3 are fine.(I am using NAC 1 and 3) This only started happening after conducting a drill on the panel. Everything else is still working fine. Does anyone know of a way to completely remove this NAC from the system to clear this issue? OR does anyone else have any suggetions? I replaced the resistor already, and have tried cold reboots.

I'm not sure if it's possible to remove it from programming. (I've never had a reason to try it)

NAC's can be disabled but that will display another trouble all the time and it won't fix the problem.

I would go into programming and confirm that the circuit is programmed correctly using NAC 1,2, or 3 as a template.
If it is correct and the 4.7K resistor is good then you have a problem on the mother board and it needs to be repaired or replaced.
