Having problems getting name and number on a PRI. Running 3.0.0 and PRI is 1.3. Vendor is sending name and number, but all we see at the phones is the number. Inter-tel tech support says they see name and number in debug. We have had no problem with this when the vendor is AT&T, however this vendor is NUVOX. Any one else run into anything like this?

It is a known trouble. In debug you see both, but it only populates number in system.
There is a firmware upgrade for PRI, do not have document in front of me.

If all else fails, use a BFH.

Thanks JJ. I believe the firmware upgrade for the PRI is 1.3. Guess we tell customers we can only provide name and number with an AT&T Pri circuit. Thanks for your help.
