Mike have you worked with any of the AXIS IP stuff..I have been getting good feedback about them and may give them a shot

We have gone to Cat5e and Baluns exclusively, over all it is cheaper and easier to install. Also we use i3dvr domes when we do schools and they have a hard wired balun input on the camera so it is even easier.
I don't mind bnc snap-n-seal connectors but they a "blind seat" type connector that can be improperly installed if you don't know what you are doing causing a lot of headaches.
