Thanks, as I understand it, the ComKey 416 25 pair pinout was the same as the 1A2 layout for the first four lines.

Yes, that is correct for the most part except there is another pair for power to the non-primary (salellite) sets. I am pretty sure that power comes in over the yellow-slate pair. I have actually wired Comkey 416 phones on a 1A2 system with a little bit of trickery.

With the same trickery, Ed, can the Comkey416 Exec Speakerphones be powered by the primary or do I have to separately wire in the 18v power unit? If so which pair??? (either way)
