I just moved a IDS 228 with EVM to a new location for my customer. When Callers press 0 in the greeting after 2 seconds the call is returned to greeting again. I did not change any program. How do I get it work?

you must make sure that the operator's station is plugged in and working.
Check the I screen for the ccr in use and verify that 0 option points to operator's extn.
There's a million answers to this, unfortunately.
If you can read this, you're in range.
