ok, one more quick question. how do you do a supervised transfer from an analog extension. i want to announce the caller before they are transfered.

Without checking the manual...my guess would be to do it just like most other analog phones on a ksu...press the flash button/if no flash tap the hookswitch ..dial ext. ...etc.. To get the caller back..press flash or hookswitch again..

Analog requires hookflash + # key (pound) to transfer. Anytime that you would press TR/CON on digital phone, you use flash + # key on analog. Yes, hookflash again to get caller back. Just like a supervised transfer on digital stations, once the transferring party releases, the receiving party must press their hookswitch to actually answer the outside party. Mike
