Hi,
Need some help? I am trying to figure out why music is playing over the intercom/page zone 62. How can I find out the extension or number I need to enter to deactivate music over the intercom. This have never happen before so I am not sure if someone accidently activate it or it automatically set to play by the system.

goto the main console , get intercom dialtone and dial 9802 that should turn it off, OR wait until tomorrow when the system does its auto reset and it won't be playing anymore
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

what do you mean by the main console? Are you refering it to the operator terminal.

I figure it out. I deactivate it from the dedicated phone that was set to broadcast music through the paging system. Whoever turn on the phone press 5092 vs 5094 which turn on the music to that specific page zone.
