Have an odd issue that we have not been able to figure out. Have an IDS 432 with Eclipse 2.0.1 software. Just set up a new employee and assigned an unused extension number to them.
The issue we are seeing is that if someone dials our main number and then punches in my extension, both my phone and the new employees phones ring.
I have no key programming on my phone that would cause this. The phones are on different station cards and different MDF's. I've gone through every programming screen to see if something is amiss and can't for the life of me figure out what is causing this.
On the C screen if you monitor the call you see the call being transferred to my extension but you also see in the bottom right corner both extensions ringing.
Any ideas?

OK figured it out after digging a little deeper and it was a combination of a misprogrammed pickup group key (forgot to program the subkey) on the new extension and my extension being assigned to a pickup group that I missed.
