We currently have an IDS 432 system and will possibly be moving to a 648 - 3 cabinet system in the near future.
If we do increase capacity does the overall programming capacity in the system also increase. Specifically I'm concerend about the Y/A DID programming screen. Currently in a 432 configuration we have 50 pages that can be used, will this increase to 75 pages if we move to a 648 configuration?
Thanks very much.

I just checked a 3 cabinet system with Eclipse 3.0 software on it and it still has 50 pages. I am not sure if there is some Executone Option that will increase that or not. Maybe someone here can answer that.

I agreee with benedogg - the programming capacities of an ACPU are the same regardless of cabinet. You'll have 50 pages if in 108 cabinet or in a 648 configuration. Isn't that like 1000 DID numbers? How many do you need? Mike

Thanks to both of you for replying. Looks as if we're were stuck with the 50 pages. While 1000 DID's seems like alot we actually use this for inbound toll-free traffic with DNIS digits to route calls and for DID numbers. We're currently at about 70% capacity so we will hit a wall sometime down the road.
