I need some WE (or Suttle clones) 4- and 8-button manual intercom signaling units. They mount on a bracket (I need them, too) to the side of a key set.
They came in black, green, beige, and white. Color is unimportant.
The WE numbers are 549 A,B,C, and D.
Thanks!

Thanks! Hi Arthur, There is a slight chance I may have a four-button in the shop. We just started going through stuff last week to finally clean out everything. I will take a look. Do you need this immediately or just sometime soon?

Arthur, I have two -60 beige and two -49 gray four-button units. I also have three of the mounting brackets for them and two rubber pads. PM me if you are interested.

Can someone take a pic of one of these? I am just curious what it is?

Jeff -
They're just button pads. A plastic block with little round pushbuttons. If a customer didn't have (or didn't want) a dial intercom they could have a MANUAL Intercom. The Intercom channel itself was a common talking channel and you signaled the other people with the Telecom equivalent of a door bell.
The units came in 1, 2, 4 & 8 button units.
I'll look around for a picture.

I just saw one on eBay not too long ago. It was a black 4-button. It was the more modern square button as opposed to the older round button.
