From a manual:
If you don't have a 91A or 91B connection block, you can attach to the telco lines directly to the primary set: Connect CO's Line#1 T/R pair to pins 24+49 (brn/vio + vio/brn) respectively. Connect CO's Line#2 T/R pair to pins 25+50 (slt-vio + vio-slt) respectively. Actually this is the way we usually did it.
