Ay ideas on how to tun up the ringer volume on the model 32 phone. The only phone that will ring is the main phone. Tried pushing the volume up button when the phone was hung up but no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The phones need to be programmed to ring by a technician. They don't ring by default, so adjusting the volume control won't have any effect. Chances are that this is the way the system was originally installed with just the reception phone programmed to ring. Sorry for the bad news.

If your phone is set (programmed) to ring, turning the volume button up or down while it's ringing is how it's done.
