A couple posts ago we were talking about the difference between Precision Components, Inc. and WE goods. I have a PCI Model 55 that I cannot get to work. I have hooked it up identical to the WE Model 55B and the relay activates by pushing the ON button and lights up, but no dial tone from the speaker. Some slight differences on this device as compared to WE: there is a jumper between 4 and 5, but it stills doesn't work if I remove it. Also there is no jumper between 19 and 21, but still doesn't work if I jump it. Also, the PCI unit looks to have had a lot of extra wires attached to terminals that I have never used. Any ideas? Is PCI still around?

Is this the desktop speakerphone unit?
