Ok, I attempted to use the links at the top, and piad 20 dollars and downloaded the IDS manuals from Priority one, but they only cover certiani things, and there are not such manuals as VMS etc...

SO I went to the other site, and didn't see anything for online downloads,

I then went on the web and found someone selling thousands of manuals, paid my 10 bucks and then find out I cannot download any Executone manuals, yes I understand licensing... but the catalog said the files were there so I ASSUMED he had the agreement with Inter-tel..

ANYWAY.... can someone send me some manuals? I need the voicemail card, and any other documentation for IDS I can get for future use... Mike Florrence has been GREAT to work with and we are finally approaching the end of what turned out to be almost a 2 month ordeal! I need documents for the future reference should I ever have problems.. Please someone point me the right direction... I have wasted far too much time on such a simple project.

Thanks, Ken

Ken, I can understand your dilemma but your are in the same boat as the rest of us. Your option is to contact Inter-Tel out in Arizona and purchase the manuals or hunt for what you need and can find. I have my hard copies but don't have electronic ones, it kind makes it hard to share....and NO I'm not parting with them for any amount.
I do know that some people contact refurbishers around the country and acquire the manuals through purchasing equipment for their systems.
Try and determine exactly what you need, such as VXII manual or VXC manual, IDS84, IDS42, IDS228 and which software levels your systems are at.
If I can be of any assistance don't hesitate to get a hold of me...I've never turned anyone down who needs assistance.

You will find out that this message board is about the finest one anywhere and the folks here are like you would want them to be, kind...helpful...polite and extremely knowledgeable on what they speak about. There aren't many folks here that put themselves above or beyond anyone else. I hope over time that we become a valuable resource for you to learn and become versed with the setup and programming of your systems. And that someday can & will contribute back to the members here.

There was an old Executone field service CD that was floating around that had info on the VXII and VXIII voicemail support and installations. Is that what you are looking for?
