OK guys, A Pana. friend of mine in Sacramento County, CA. needs help with an IDS.
I'll relay this for now until we get him signed up.
He's connecting a Repartee to an IDS through analog ports.
They are getting the last 3 digits of the DID's for fax boxes. When they are passed to the voicemail, they get *xxx
Is it possible to change the * to a 3 ?
The fax boxes are 3xxx.
I understand that the * is needed to transfer to the voicemail, but the question is;
why is it passing it to the voicemail?
Thanks, MrG

Does he have VMS option?

Also there are s/l settings that you can manipulate as to what willl be sent.

I only put in 1 Repartee, about 13 years ago.

Good Luck!!
JJ
