Hello, Long time no talk. Question, I connected a VOIP T1 to replace POTS Lines on an old IDS w/7.0 Software. Everything works except voicemail outdial, tried adding pauses to number no change, I am trying to remember what other change needs to be made , the old VX2 is running 5.0 Software but is running SMDI. There was a simple change and I cannot remember what it was. Appreciate any help, Thanks in advance.

Rick,
I believe it is S/L dial option.
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Rick,
Is this a VOIP T1 that converts the lines to FX lines, simular to POTS, or is it comming in as T1/PRI into the phone system?
It really should not matter if you had POTS lines or T1. As long as you are still using same trunk group.
Good Luck!! JJ

Thanks JJ, The problem turned out to be a bad port#1 in voicemail, took it out of service and it works fine.
Thanks again, Rick
