 I can't get the holiday schedule to operate correctly. I'm using port "99" and table code "001". I have a greeting in ccr box 10 gtr 1. there is no over-ride recorded in box 10. I set the schedule for todays date and it answers to dead air. It does timeout to the correct mailbox programmed in box 10. I do have 2 in the holiday/events field in the line setup. Any suggestions????

Do you think Inter-Tel could still offer this patch? Was it to the phone system or to the voicemail?

Here is a simple holiday call schedule:
If you have a open SLT port or a spare digital phone set. Example X-3000 (must be plug in)
Program the "G" screen to call fwd all to VMS.
Setup a mailbox 3000 for type 310 and COS 100.
Program CCR 10 date and time for 24/7, setup any dialing options you want.
Record greeting number 1 (CCR 10).
When you leave for the "holiday" call forward all calls to X-3000 this will route callers to CCR 10.

I know ways around it, but the customer was using this holiday schedule prior to their hard drive crashing. I kind of thinking they were 7.5 before and I put them to 7.5.1. Does any one know if there is a holiday schedule problem with 7.5.1? If so, I'll have to work on putting them back to 7.5.
