Could anyone tell me where the MOH input is on this system? Is there any programming to turn it on?

Coral 200 the inputs should be on top of the cabinet. I think there are 3 inputs up there 2 mon and 1 for paging. #135 turns music on/off
#1329 allows you to change which source you would here on your phone. If nothing has been changed then input 0 is the one that an on hold person would hear.

The system default is TONE not music source AKA MOH

Tone is default for all system type.
