I have a customer (owner) that wants to disable or at least delay the auto attendant answer of incoming calls during specific daytime hours to allow folks to answer calls directed in from another location during this time. I'm not familier with this system...any way to accomplish this for them?

Winetech,
I would appreciate that you stop giving out all the info you do and software on the Sprint Protege Systems.
You are hurting us dealers and giving stuff to the end user that they have no right to have.
I am sure you would not appreciate me if I targeted your area and offered free software and phones at $ **.** per phone..........
Hope you understand where I am coming from...

Hey guys is anyone out there a ProtegeVoice expert. I am trying to create and administrator mailbox using ProcommPlus as my com software however when I get to "mailbox Type" as I understand it "ALT Y" should toggle thru the different mailboxes but procomm never sends the command what is the trick?
