I Have an ICE Customer with a flash voicemail, I know the flash will not support voicemail trunk to trunk transfers, but can I set a certian extension to foward offsite?

I have found in the docs how to foward extensions to other extensions, but I have not located how to foward an extension off premise.

Thanks

You have to allow off site calling on the extension then activate it on the extension itself. This extension will not forward to a cell if the vmail transfers the call from what I have seen and done. If an operator trnfers the call then it seems to work fine.

You should also extend the timer in call handling. It is listed as external cfwd timer.

Also I have the exteranl fwd to cell working on the Ice.
I am using the harddrive voicemail. when dialing the extension it will ring your desk phone once then follow the ext fwd.
