I've started a thread over in the Comdial forum about programming a button for External Call Forwarding (ECF). On the DX80/DX120, it's programmed on a button as F26, but the rest of what the system is looking for is apparently unknown. When you program only F26, and then press the button, the LCD says something like "ECF number missing". I've tried many different combinations in the code, including adding a user or system speed dial, yet I can't find anything that works. Since the DX80/DX120 is similar to the Emerald Ice and Sprint Protege, I wanted to see if anyone knew how to program a useable ECF button on either of these systems.

Thanks!

On the ICE you go into the forwarding screen on the phone and press next until the EXT option is shown, you select it and then enter the phone number and press save. Do not enter a 9 in the dialed digits NXX-XXX-XXXX. Also the incoming call has to be an external call to the phone, if you test by dialing the internal extension it does not work. Hope this helps.
