Here it goes again!
I've read as many posts as I could and still don't see the answer to:
On page 5-7 of my downloaded manual I'm told "press Function,#,*. If successful the following screen will be displayed" But .. I am not successful and get the error message "Code Unavailable" What do I need to do to make the code available?
There are also several references to entering Password(s). Since the unit I have came from ebay, I don't have any of the passwords .. but I need to erase any in there and start from fresh. Does anybody know how do do that?
I would also like to make all of the extensions ring when a call comes in. Do you know how to do that?
Just in case you need it my R.O.M.'s are K32US4-f01. Thank you in advance for your help

*# does not work on the CTX thats why code unavailable. You need RMP software for your particular revision
