Hello all-
I know, I know..this should be my last problem/question for awhile.
Here's my problem on our Sprint Protege system. When someone calls in and connects to one of our 11 trunks, then if no one answers it is supposed to go to one of the 4 Voice greetings (depending on what phone number they call in on). For some reason all unanswered calls are being forwarded to mailbox 9301, which then states no message has been recorded. I have checked and all 4 voice greetings (0000001, 0000002, etc) are still there. How do I reconnect certain trunks to certain Voice greetings? Thank you in advance for all your help.
Thank you Joe

I was actually mistaken...This only happens during the day when no one answers. At night it works fine. So I'm guessing it has to do with the day time auto attendant. Anyone have any ideas?

It seem that the lines are setup to ring to a hunt group and box 9301(vmail) is the overflow one destation. I bet when you here that greeting the phones are still ringing. This is set via the phone system not the voice mail. The hunt group is set to ring the hunt group overflow 1 destation.

Thank you for your reply. I understand what you are saying and your dead on, but how do I resolve the issue? I know how to edit the hunt groups, but I'm just not sure why this only happens during the day, and not the night. Thank you for your help.
