We had the same problem in our office and needed a Sentinel. We had a remote IP home user that worked fine, but when we tried another in US we had the one way voice problem. On another note a customer of ours had the same problem but was able to fix it using his Draytek Firewall by forwarding ports on both the UGW and MG. We have a fairly crappy firewall in our office.

You have to make sure that UDP ports 2427 and 16400 through 16690 allowed in your firewall at the host and remote sites. If there is more than on IP telephone at the remote site, you will need a Sentinel at the host site.
Also make sure that the IP zones are programmed correctly in the Coral. :thumb:

Thanks for all the replies - I think we have figured it out. We took a binary of the IPX office and threw it into our demo ipx office and it worked. Our demo system has some older software on it than the IPX that we started with. Tadiran couldn't believe it either - I will let you know what we come up with. Right now it seems that the new version of software is the problem. Will post back once we confirm if in fact that is the problem. thanks for all of the help guys.

Did you find an answer for this. I am trying it on in Ipx Office. Using verion 15.68.20 and we can get the phone up and working but no audio either way.
