If you would like I can dial in and help you.
No charge! This system is not the most advanced and yes it has quirky issues but most can be resolved. All your problems point to your voicemail. Intialize your call handling and vm table parameters. Be sure to receive the whole switch reinit the 2 parts and send them. Somtimes in VM parameters if these are changed you will have so man different problems Verfiy your voicemail ports in Maint. and make sure they EXACTLY match your ports in the UCD group.
Make sure every port is VM. Like I said I am willing to help.

Thank you, been very busy the past few weeks making plans to re-install (2) Corl III switches here at our Enid location, so I'm just getting back to the forum. anymore we are resetting the system about 3 times a week just so employees can get to their voicemail. That seems to be the most consistent of many issues. I have to run but I'll catch up with you all very soon, thank you for your tips.

Take the RS232 out into a modem, then hook the modem up to one of the analog ports.
Only way I know how.
