I was recently on an IPx course. The trainer was scheduled to fly back to Israel and so had no time to resolve the problems we were left with.
He showed us how to set up the built in seamail but only one of the four dem kits worked. I took away one of the kits to our office and tried again. The problem is that the sip ports in the voicemail do ot register on the UGW. When you view the status of the ports the IP adress is empty.
Tadiran are new in the UK and have not been able to resolve the problem as yet.
Any ideas where we went wrong?

SIP will never register to a UGW card. You have to have a PUGW or CUGW.

This is an IPx, it has a built in voicemail on hard disk that is suppossed to register onto the built in UGW. Everything is in one box!

So, it is IPx-Office,
it has CUGW built in.

sounds like an authentication problem in the SIP ports.
