No.. My grandmother didnt leave me her broach. We have a customer moving into our market, he is bringing with him an Emerald Ice. He wants us to re-install and offer support in the future. What are we getting ourselves into. The reinstall should not be to bad just recrossing what was there. The service part I am not sure about. This will be the only Tadiran in the area (that we know of), dont really know if its worth getting certified.

If the company you are doing the Re-install for has all the documentation then you should be ok.
There usually is a CD that comes with each Emerald ICE that has a CBT on it. Tadiran doesn't really have a class on the ICE unless it has just started one in the last 8 months.

If your customer does not have the documentation you can come and ask some questions or let me know and I may be able to help you find the documentation needed.
The ice system isn't that difficult to maintain, also find out what kind of voicemail they have if any.

Sorry guys, been a hectic couple of weeks. I was able to get the system installed without any trouble. LADAY i would like to talk to you about getting that doc if possible. They are using ATT memory call for messaging.
