Is there a way to have all calls go to a greetings or (Mailbox). During a specific time? ie Lunch. Where it will not ring inbound at this time. Go to greetings saying we are at lunch, please call back after 1:00, if u care to leave a msg press 3.

Thx

Lenny

Noon mode does not work with the flash voicemail but you could have the system set to play the "night" or out of office greeting in night mode, put a night button on the phone they could set the system in night mode have night mode go straight to 253 that is the pilot number for voicemail.

Thanks for your guidence, the night greetings states the business is closed for the day (Cant use that greet). Is the out of office greetings in AA or a VMB item. Also, can you set up a specific key to change modes,or do you have to scroll through all modes...

Are all calls answered live, by a real person, during the day. If so set your day greeting for your noon time message.

You can program a button to swap modes, but it still cycles thru day, noon, night, and timed.

That is good idea!, is there a way 2 configure calls to go day greetings directly? No inbound rings directly to day greet during lunch?
Thx

not that I can think of, unless and I can't remember for sure on the flash, the night button only controls which port is answered the greetings follow the timed schedule in the VM system. I know on the UCMC a greeting is played from 8-5 weather the phone system is in day or night mode, in that case you would just turn on night and the day greeting still plays because greeting played follows timed schedule in the voicemail. Try it out and see if you have one in the shop to test with.

The night button on the ICE only controls where incoming calls go. The Greeting is controlled on the AA screen in the Flash. There is no "noon" greeting, so it will play the day greeting, assuming times are set right.
